  “Wendy was really nice over the phone when I called to make an appointment but then she didn't show up or even call to let me know she wasn't coming. I called and left a couple of messages but she didn't get back to me. After scheduling my entire day around her she just completely skipped out on me! If I could've left zero stars I would have.”

  “Absolutely wonderful experience today (July 18, 2009) with our Shih tzu who has always been traumatized after every grooming and has taken days to get back to herself. Keisha was the happiest after her grooming with Wendy in her mobile unit. We are thrilled to say the least and our Yorkie is her next customer! Wendy is a very warm and charming young lady who had a very relaxing and calming effect with our 2 dogs. although this is the first time we met Wendy, her cheerful personality made us feel confident in handling our dogs and we felt like we've known her for years and hopefully it will be a nice long relationship with her grooming business.
